Password Recovery #

A forgotten password can never really be recovered, as passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be decrypted.
If a user forgets their password, a new one must be set instead.

1. Request your recovery #

Click on the “Sign in” button on the top-right corner of the page to access the authorization panel, or access to the authorization page.

Fill in the form and click on the “Sign in” button.

Enter the email address of the account that you want to recover the password for and hit the “Send recovery email” button.

2. Change your password #

A reset password form will show, asking for the new password and showing the corresponding password policy requirements.

Password Policy
Your new password needs to be at least 8 characters long, with at least a digit, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter and a special character on it, and cannot contain any whitespaces.

Meanwhile, an email message will be sent to the given email address (if it is registered in the database) with a verification code.

Insert the verification code in the bottom field of the form and hit “Change Password”.
